USER AGREEMENT
By logging in and utilizing this web site
provided by American Business Services, Inc. the user agrees
to all terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
ABSHR provides good faith Human Resources
and Personnel related services in compliance with all federal,
state and local laws and ordinances. All services are in
compliance with but not limited to The Fair Credit Reporting
Act, Equal Employment Opportunity Act, Family Education
Rights and Privacy Act, Federal Freedom of Information Act,
The Civil Rights Act and Americans with Disabilities Act
(Title I – Employment).
| All Parties Agree To: |
- Comply with all Federal, State and Local laws.
- Keep all account access information confidential
and not allow unauthorized access of web site database
information.
- Understand and comply with ABSHR Privacy Policy.
- All data entered into ABSHR is the property and
responsibility of the User Administrator.
- ABSHR makes no hiring/employment recommendations
or decisions on behalf of the User.
- ABSHR provides the electronic forms, files and
database services to allow the User to process,
sort and store employment information and files
in accordance with accepted business practices.
- ABSHR accepts no liability nor makes any certification
as to the accuracy, completeness or use of client
data entered in to the ABSHR database.
- That ABSHR recommends and promotes Strategic Partners
based on experience, reputation and ethical agreement.
- ABSHR assumes no liability for services provided
or not provided by Strategic Partners.
- Guest use of the HR reference database allows
members to access and print all available information,
forms and references.
Your guest use does not include database on-line
assistance with your research. Contact ABSHR Customer
Service if you require assistance with the HR reference
database.

User-provided Content
Copyright on materials contributed by ABSHR members is held
by the individual creators.
All postings, messages, text, files, images, graphics, or
other materials (the "Content") posted on, transmitted
through, or linked from the ABSHR site, are the sole responsibility
of the person from whom such content originated. You are
entirely responsible for all content that you post, email
or otherwise make available through the ABSHR site. For
all content provided by you, you agree to indemnify ABSHR
as provided below.
By uploading or otherwise posting any content on the ABSHR
site, you represent and warrant: (i) you own or otherwise
have all necessary rights, including but not limited to
copyrights, to the content you provide and the rights to
use it as provided in the Terms of Service; (ii) all information
you provide is true, accurate, current and complete, and
does not violate the Terms of Service; and, (iii) the content
will not cause injury to any person or entity.
Membership and registration
By registering as a Member of ABSHR, you warrant that the
information you provide, including the personally identifying
information, is true and accurate. You accept responsibility
for all activities that occur under your account or password,
and agree not to sell, transfer or assign your Membership
or any Membership rights. We reserve the right to terminate
your Membership at any time for any reason. You are responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and
for restricting access to your computer so others outside
your control may not access ABSHR using your name in whole
or in part. If you believe someone has accessed ABSHR using
your member name and password without your authorization,
e-mail us immediately at Client
Services.
ABSHR membership dues will automatically be debited to your
credit card on file (MasterCard, VISA or American Express)
on the first day of each new billing period. You agree to
pay ABSHR membership dues quarterly, biannually or annually
as you designate. Membership billing periods may be changed
by contacting Client
Services.
ABS Screening utilizes the latest security technology available
to ensure system integrity and protect all consumer and
client information. Multiple layers of security include
password protection, consumer authorization certification,
network security protection, encryption, document right
protection and internal audits are used to provide the highest
security. Only authorized representatives of organizations
with permissible purpose have access to their screening
reports.
